Puerto Morelos is a municipality, town, and seaport located in Quintana Roo, Mexico's easternmost state on the Yucatán Peninsula. Situated in the northeast of the state, it lies approximately 36 kilometers south of Cancún and 30 kilometers north of Playa del Carmen along the Caribbean coast. The settlement functions as a significant coastal community and administrative center within this region.
