Săcele is a city located in Brașov County, Romania, situated within the Burzenland area of southeastern Transylvania. It lies adjacent to the city of Brașov, with its center positioned approximately 15 kilometers from downtown Brașov. The municipality rests at the foot of the Piatra Mare mountain, near the southern part of the locality where the Tărlung River passes close to Gârcini.
