Shoufeng Township is a rural administrative division located within Hualien County in Taiwan. It occupies the northern segment of the East Rift Valley, positioned geographically between Taiwan's Central Range and the Coastal Mountain Range near the Pacific Ocean. The township extends eastward over the Hai'an Range to reach the coast, while a significant portion centers on the Huadong Valley north of where the Shoufeng River empties into the Hualien River.
