Jupiter is a town situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, within the United States. It holds the distinction of being the northernmost municipality in Palm Beach County and forms the northernmost part of the Miami metropolitan area alongside the adjacent village of Tequesta. Located along the Atlantic coast of South Florida at the mouth of the Loxahatchee River, the town is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east, Martin County to the north, unincorporated Palm Beach County to the west, and Juno Beach to the south.
