What your account keeps.

Favourites

Keep the places you love.

Tap the heart under any camera and it is saved. Sign in on your phone, laptop or TV and your favourites are already there, and your profile works out which country you save the most.

GAIA

Ask about what you are watching.

GAIA is EARF's built-in guide. Open a camera and ask about the place on screen: what it is, why it matters, and what you would want to know if you were standing there tomorrow. GAIA comes with an account.

GAIAOld Harbour, Reykjavík

What am I looking at?

Reykjavík's Old Harbour, on the south side of Faxaflói bay. Whale-watching and puffin boats leave from these piers, and the glass building on the waterfront is Harpa, the city's concert hall. The long mountain across the water is Esja. On a clear winter night, look north over the bay for the northern lights.

An example answer. GAIA is on every camera for signed-in members.

Theoros

A rank for everywhere you have watched.

Every stream you open while signed in is counted, and Theoros turns the count into a watcher rank. There are twelve, from Newcomer at your first camera to Legend at a hundred thousand.

EARFguess

Play the planet.

You are dropped somewhere on Earth with no clues. Read the signs, the road markings, the trees and the light, then pin it on the map. An account keeps your scores, your Endless runs, and the regions you read best and worst.

Questions.

Anything else? Signed in, you can open a ticket from the Help Centre.

Is EARF free?

Yes. Watching, the map, the radio, EARFguess and the account itself cost nothing. EARF is paid for by a small number of ads and by members who choose to support it. Supporting is optional, and it never locks a camera away from anyone.

What do I need to sign up?

An email address, a password, a username, your name, your country and your date of birth. Your date of birth decides whether age-restricted content can be switched on, which needs you to be 17 or over. No card and no payment details, ever.

Do I need an account to watch?

No. Every camera, the map and the radio work signed out. An account is for GAIA, EARFguess, and keeping things: favourites, rank, scores and settings.

Can I submit a camera without an account?

Yes, anyone can. Signed in, the submission is credited to you and it is easier for us to follow up with you about it.

How do I get help?

Signed in, open a ticket from the Help Centre and follow the conversation there. Replies come to your email as well. Help Centre

Can I delete my account?

Yes, any time, from the Privacy section of your profile settings.

I run a live camera. Can it go on EARF?

Yes, and it is free. Grow Your Stream explains how listing works and what happens to your views. Grow Your Stream
