Your event,live on EARF.
Concerts, festivals and launches. We build your event its own page: a countdown before the doors open, the running order while it plays, and every set kept up afterwards, in front of an audience that is already here.

Everything around the broadcast.
The stream is yours. We build what goes around it, put together for each event rather than picked off a list, and put it in front of the people already on EARF.

The earlier you tell us, the more we can build. This is the run of show for an event with time to spare.
Tell us early
Send the date, the place and how it is being streamed. Months out is ideal, weeks is workable, and days is still a countdown and a player.
We scope it
We come back with what we can build in the time there is, and what it costs. Scope sets the price, so there is no menu to pick from.
We build it
The page, the schedule and the modules. You see it before it is public, and we change whatever is not right.
Show day
The event takes the front of EARF, promoted in the run-up, live on its own page.
Afterwards
Sets, talks and highlights stay up to be watched back by everyone who missed them.
Whose stream is it? Yours.
Nothing about your broadcast moves. It plays through your own embed or a feed URL from your own encoder, so the stream, its watch time and anything it earns stay with you. What EARF adds is everything around it, and an audience that is already here.
Official embeds
A YouTube live stream, played in YouTube's own player. Views and watch time count on your channel.
Your own feed
Running your own encoder? Give us the feed URL and it plays on your event page directly.
Questions.
Anything we have not covered? Open a ticket and ask.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
As early as you can. Months out leaves room to build modules for you; weeks is enough for a full event page; with only days to go we can still give you a countdown and a player.
What does it cost?
It depends on what gets built. Tell us what you are planning and we will come back with a scope and a price for it.
Does our stream have to move to EARF?
No. It plays through your own embed or your own feed, so the broadcast, its watch time and anything it earns stay yours.
Can it run over several stages and days?
Yes. Multi-stage and multi-day programmes get a full schedule, with each slot switching to the right feed as it starts.
What happens after the event?
The page stays up. Sets, talks and highlights can be watched back on EARF.
How do we get in touch?
Open a ticket from the Help Centre with the event, the dates and how it is being streamed. Tickets need a free EARF account, so sign in or create one first. Open a ticket
